The present writ petition has been filed for commanding the authorities concerned of the K.S.D.S University, Darbhanga to grant promotion to the petitioner on the post of Reader & Professor under 10 Years Time Bound Promotion Scheme Ref. No. BSU-20/ 92-2280/GS (I) dated 14.09.1992 (Annexure P/7), that too, with all consequential benefits.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed representation before the concerned authority on 19.09.2024 but till date, no action has been taken.

4. In view of limited prayer made on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 2 Vice Chancellor, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga to dispose of the said representation by a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
