2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 236 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376,506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of POCSO Act and section 3(2-v) SC/ST ( POA) Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape upon a 13 years old girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2023.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is
