Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 25(1-b)(a), 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended along with a fire arm and cartridge in a condition of inebriation. The petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2018.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36495 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 connection with Special Case No.655 of 2018, arising out of Kadamkuan Police Station Case No.68 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
