Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bela P.S.Cas No.93/19 , registered for offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

As per FIR, petitioner and other accused persons snatched away the articles of the informant and ousted her from the house due to non-fulfillment of the dowry. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegations are false and concocted and general in nature. No specif allegation has been attributed against him

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73260 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 and moreover he is still ready to keep her with dignity and care .

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S.Case No.93 of 2019 dated 24.4.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that if the informant is ready to reside with the petitioner, he has to keep her with dignity and care..
