2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 184/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is who is husband and others are said to have killed the deceased for dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case as he was not present on the place of occurrence. Learned counsel further submits that when the deceased was taken to the hospital, she died there. Learned counsel next submits that petitioner was working in Delhi and was not

No.81389 of 2025(4) dt.19-03-2026 2/2 present on the date of occurrence and one Puja Devi who is the elder sister of the deceased has said that the deceased used to stay with her father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law and when the deceased fell ill, she was taken to hospital and thereafter, she died. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.05.2025. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Biramganj, Rohtas /concerned Court below in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025.
