JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohania P.S. case no. 490 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 302/34, 307 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently, Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code has been added vide order dated 13.09.2017. Petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the victim. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail is rejected for the time being.
