====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 820 of 2017, registered under Sections 363/392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR against unknown and neither any incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor was put on TIP and charge-sheet has been submitted by the investigating agency. There is only material against the petitioner is his confessional statement.

Considering the statement that there is no any recovery and petitioner is in custody for last seven months, the petitioner, namely Md. Azad Ansari is directed to be released on

No.36019 of 2018(2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 bail subject to confirmation of his criminal antecedent upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 820 of 2017.
