27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Saran (Chapra) Muffasil P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution case, petitioner is one of the main assailant, who had shot fire on the chest of informant's brother, who on way to hospital died.

In view of specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
