2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44807 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks after depositing Rs. 2000/- in the victim compensation fund from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 162 of 2023 pending in the court of learned Special Excise Court No. 2 East Champaran, Motihari.
4. The order dated 23.08.2023 is modified to the extent indicated above.
