2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and later on, Sections 109(1) and 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 were added.
3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners assaulted mother of the informant by bricks & sticks.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused in this case merely because they happen to be wife & daughter of co-accused Lalan Rai. There is no injury report on record in respect of mother of informant to substantiate the allegation made in the F.I.R. Petitioners are ladies and claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the fact that petitioners are ladies, clean antecedent and the fact that there is no injury report on record in respect of informant's mother, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 144 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
