JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-07-2018 Seeking exception to an order dated 10.05.2018 passed by the learned writ Court in C.W.J.C. No.4501 of 2018, this Appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letter Patent Appeal.

In the matter of constitution of a Wakf Board, the learned writ Court after taking note of Section 83 of the Bihar Wakf Board has relegated the petitioner to take statutory remedy by approaching the Tribunal. The Tribunal has been vested the same power for determination of any disputed question or other matter related to wakf property and the power available to the Tribunal as are indicated in their statutory remedy available to the petitioner. The appeal stand dismissed.
