The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 383 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of deceased, who in his written complaint lodged before Officer-in-charge, Sugauli police station has stated that he had solemnized the marriage of his deceased daughter with Krishna Sah on 07.02.2016 and after marriage her daughter was being tortured for nonfulfillment of demand of motorcycle. On 04.09.2017 his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34816 of 2018(5) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 daughter was killed by setting her ablaze. The main allegation is against husband and the FIR was lodged after two months of incident. It has been further submitted that the U.D. case was registered in which police submitted it to be a case of accident. It has been further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.12.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 383 of 2017.
