Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) and 37 (A) (C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. He has been implicated in the present case at the instance of his enmity. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34444 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Session Judge, Araria in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
