The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 136 of 2017 (Special Case No. 5111 of 2017) registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In fact, the petitioner was not present at the time of raid. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35342 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 136 of 2017 (Special Case No. 5111 of 2017), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
