The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No.131 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 323, 379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It appears that the opposite party no.2 is not interested in joining the matrimonial house and her lawyer is also not appearing in this case.
