The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 562 of 2021 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the application for bail of the petitioner along with others was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14657 of 2022 No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this
