Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was apprehended on a Bolero vehicle alongwith others, who were carrying fake challans authorizing lifting by sand.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in fact the petitioner is owner of the referred vehicle vide certificate of registration at Annexure-2 and the police-informant has itself stated that petitioner was apprehended on suspicion.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34787 of 2018 (2) dt.19-06-2018 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hilsa Police Station Case No.127 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
