2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 354(B), 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83802 of 2023(2) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that there is compromise between the parties.
