2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(2), 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 read with Sections 25(9) and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a young boy aged about 19 years and the informant alleges that on 24.06.2025, the accused persons including the petitioner were drinking near the house of the informant, on objection, they threatened that he will be shot, further on 04.07.2025 at 07:00 p.m. the accused persons again came and fired three rounds along with unknown criminals, on alarm, accused fled threatening that he will

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case with general and omnibus allegation. It is also submitted that allegation of firing is not specific and no one was injured in the firing and the allegation alleged is an exaggerated allegation on account of dispute in between the parties.

5. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.245 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sanjay/- U T
