The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur PS Case No.98 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

As per the FIR, petitioner is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of the victim girl has been recorded and nothing have been attributed against the petitioner . He is in custody for about seven months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.83106 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Jude 1st cum Spl. Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special Case No.60 of 2019 Gopalpur P.S.Case No.98 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial and appear as and when required.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
