The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/ 302/114 / 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that on the order of this petitioner other named persons caused murder of the son of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be

No.35356 of 2018 (2) dt.25-06-2018 P2/ released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.78 of 2018, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
