JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-11-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 7786 of 2019 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 332 of 2019, dated 30.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Mr. Vinod Pandey, learned Advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek bail.
