The petitioner has approached this Court after the death of the grand-mother on 04.11.1998 for payment of terminal dues.

Considering the time gap, the Court is not inclined to issue any positive direction. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, who shall look into the grievance and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
