Patna High Court CWJC No.828 of 2025 dt.07-02-2025 2/3 the district of Samastipur. It has also been urged that the procurement of those water filter machines and sanitary pad machines could be done at low cost but after charging higher cost, low quality machines have been supplied. 2.

It appears that the matter was taken cognizance of by the Panchayati Raj Officer, who had directed the Block Development Officer; Khanpur, Samastipur to look into the matter but the enquiry has not reached any logical conclusion.

Under the aforesaid circumstance, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur with specific instances of misappropriation and bungling of public fund by the aforesaid Panchayat functionaries within a period of two weeks, who in turn would be under an obligation to have the matter inquired into and ensure that such bungling is not done. If at all it is found that the accusation by the petitioner is correct, necessary sequel directions/action shall be issued by the District Magistrate, Samastipur,
