The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153A, 353A, 295A, 332, 327, 337, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Referring to para 12 of the application, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that several other co-accused similarly circumstanced have been granted pre-arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35898 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 bail by different Benches of this Court in different applications. The statements made in para 12 of the application have not been controverted by the learned counsel for the State. In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
