2. The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to quash the order, dated 12.12.2018, passed in G.R. No. 9085 of 2018 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 470 of 2018, whereunder the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XII, Patna, took cognizance of the offence against three first information report named accused, including the petitioner, for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, on perusal of the materials available on record and ordered to issue summon, accordingly.

3. On going through the petition and the impugned order, I find no illegality amounting to abuse of the process of the Court for interference in inherent jurisdiction.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise his grievance, raised herein, in trial Court at appropriate stage.
