The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police while fleeing leaving the motorcycle on the road. Another coaccused managed his escape. The motorcycle was a stolen property.

Submission is that the petitioner was a back-rider and had just taken lift from co-accused Amit Kumar to go to market. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 06.04.2018.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35047 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 P2/ four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No.97 of 2018, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
