2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 17.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22790 of 2023. The petitioner is in jail since 13.09.2022.

3. The petitioner has participated in a loot of Rupees Six Lakhs Thirty-Four Thousand on the point of pistol. It has come during investigation that the petitioner is a member of organized gang and from the CDR, it appears that they were at the place of occurrence. The petitioner has ten antecedents of similar nature.

4. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued for bail, but I am not inclined to review my

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84960 of 2023(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 earlier order dated 17.05.2023.

5. This application is again dismissed.

6. The trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner is directed to be expedited.

7. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the District Judge, Madhubani, through FAX/e-mail forthwith for compliance of the order.
