2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance of the order dated 01.07.2019 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8150/2011, a representation has been submitted by the petitioner before Respondent No. 9 i.e. Manager, Bettiah Estate, Bettiah vide Annexure 'P/26' dated 26.12.2023 which is still pending, therefore, it is prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that
Patna High Court CWJC No.19511 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 the petition may be disposed of directing Respondent No. 9 to consider and decide the same within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of directing Respondent No. 9 i.e. Manager, Bettiah Estate, Bettiah to decide the representation dated 26.12.2023 of the petitioner which is annexed as Annexure 'P/26' in this petition as early as possible within a period of 45 days from today in accordance with relevant rules and laws, if already not decided.
