The petitioner seeks bail in Khajauli P.S. Case No.178 of 2019, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 31.5 litres liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.10.2019.

It appears that the petitioner was carrying liquor on his motorcycle and he was intercepted. For recovery of 31.5 litres of Nepali country made liquor, the petitioner has remained in custody for two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72725 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No.178 of 2019.
