JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 379, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 ( C) of the I.T. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that on similar circumstance other co-accused namely Mithlesh Singh and Rakesh Kumar have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22822 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 22670 of 2018 vide order dated 18.4.2018 and 24.5.2018 respectively.
Considering the facts that other co-accused of this case have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35410 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa Police P.S.
