The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery has been made from the joint house of the petitioner and being a lady, she had no knowledge about the same.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34596 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, Excise, Nalanda in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
