Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 302, 379, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 13-8-2024. It is next submitted that Akash Chaudhary @ Akash Kumar had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 64461 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 17-10-2024. It is further submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to Akash Chaudhary, the Court had considered the case on merit and in detail. It is also submitted that the case of the petitioner is on a similar footing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83597 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 but then petitioner is seeking a regular bail, thus, the learned counsel submits that petitioner be given the privilege of bail. 4.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the order dated 17-10-2024 in Cr. Misc No. 64461 of 2024, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024.
