ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 10.03.2018 in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 76/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413/414/465/468/401/471/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two persons were arrested in connection with the theft of motorcycle and one of the said person, namely, Karia, has given his confessional statement before the police in which the present petitioner has been named. It is further stated that the motorcycle was recovered from the garage of the petitioner and the petitioner is a motorcycle mechanic and normally receives many motorcycles for their repair. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,1st, Bhojpur (Ara), in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 76/2018.
