Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State.
Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 22 of 2017 arising out of Begusarai Rail P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of 28
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35675 of 2018(5) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 ATVAN tablets of 1 Mg. from his possession.
It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum- Special Judge N.D.P.S. Act, Begusarai, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 arising out of Begusarai Rail P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017. (S. Kumar, J.) Rajiv/- U T
