2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with By Pass P.S.Case No. 04 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(a), 342,376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have got married a minor girl and it has come in the FIR that a child has been born out of the wedlock. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2023.
