Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 36 and 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
