Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ander P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 23 liters 760 M.L. foreign liquor. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 21.4.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two

Case No. 69 of 2018.
