The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 45/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners, but from a land situated at a distance from the house of the petitioner.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal

Case No. 45/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
