2. The prayer for bail of this petitioner was lastly rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 4680 of 2024 .

3 . Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of observation of this Court, trial has not been concluded as yet and petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2018 .
