The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No.30 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Dilip Das and Khusar Das are alleged to have assaulted the informant with Kudal and axe, their application for grant of prearrest bail is rejected. As far as petitioner nos. 3 to 5, namely, Rinku Devi, Basanti Devi and Nakali Devi are concerned, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35859 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No.30 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
