4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, petitioner no. 1 (Ragini Kumari) and brother-in-law of informant were in love since five years and they have entered into marriage at Delhi, but after returning from there when she came at her matrimonial house, she was ill-treated by her inlaws members including the informant, who happens to be Bhaisur of petitioner no. 1, and lastly, petitioner no. 1 was ousted from her matrimonial house, then she lodged a complaint against her husband, Bhaisur (informant of this case) and other family members, vide Complaint Case No. 232 of 2022, on the basis of which, Shahpur Patori P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022 was lodged (Annexure P/2) and only with a view to save skin from that case, the informant has lodged present case.
