Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with (Aadarsh) Jamui P.S. Case No.163 of 2019 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 448 and 506 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Further submits that parties are 'Gotia' and there is case and counter case between the parties. Injury is simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
