2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73809 of 2023 vide order dated 20.02.2024, so there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner is again rejected.
