The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 292 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no concern with the seized materials and alleged vehicle. Further submission is that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74996 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S.
