2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 598 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner is a twenty one year old person having fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 06.08.2024, he and his family members have been falsely roped in this case which is clearly evident from this fact that the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 06.05.2024 which came in the knowledge of the informant on that very day but even then the informant

No.83155 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 remained silent for about two months and lodged the FIR on 16.07.2024 without explaining the reason of inordinate delay and further, during investigation, the victim herself appeared before the police, did not make any allegation against this petitioner. It is further submitted that against this petitioner, the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the above submissions and mainly the young age of the petitioner, his fair and clean antecedent and the completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to accept the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 598 of 2024.
