This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in nature of Mandamus directing the respondent(s) authorities to make investigation or direct the respondent no.-6 to fairly investigate the case being Dhaka P.S. case no.-384/2024 dated 17.09.2024 for the offences punishable U/s- 126(2)109, 352, 3(5), B.N.S. instituted against the unknown persons.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2459 of 2024(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances by way of filing a petition in accordance with law and in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409.

4. If such a petition is filed before the Magistrate concerned, the Magistrate will act in accordance with law and will pass an appropriate order without keeping the petition pending.
