2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 193 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 143(6) of the BNS, 79 of the J.J. Act and under Sections 3/14 of the Child Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be involved in trafficking of minor boys.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.9.2025.

5. Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pinki Vs. State of UP reported as 2025 SCC OnLine 781, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within six months from today.

8. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed due to the fault of the prosecution then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
