ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2018 in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No.30 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation has been levelled against the petitioner for having attacked the informant with Dabia, the injuries purported to have been inflicted are found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner on the direction of the Apex Court has surrendered in the court below and thereafter he is languishing in jail. It is further submitted that

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani, in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No.30 of 2017.
