The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2019, in connection with Special Case No. 8070 of 2019 arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 587 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner but he has been arrested merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.
